About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide all aspects of clinical care, including assessments, planning and delivery of care according to accepted nursing practice and standards with genuine empathy and respect for our residents.

What you will do:

•  Deliver exceptional care and demonstrate this by leading by example
•  Provide care plans for residents as required
•  Complete nursing assessments of residents
•  Maintaining accurate documentation
•  Assisting with audit preparation
•  Regularly monitoring and evaluating response to planned care
•  Communicating with residents and their families/whanau in order to enhance resident care

Essential Skillss and Experience:

•  A Current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate
•  Recent CAP Students
•  Computer Literate with concise reporting skills
•  Flexibility to work on a rostered shift basis including weekends
•  Empathy and respect for older people
•  Minimum 3 years of experience as Registered Nurse
•  Preferably 1+ years of experience in an aged care setting
• Covid-19 Vaccination

Healthcare Assistants

CHT Healthcare Trust is looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants committed to provide quality care and make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

We have a number of positions available across Central, Waitemata and Counties Manukau areas in Auckland:

• Permanent full-time/part-time and casual positions
• Weekly roster
• Hourly rate allocation $26.16 to $28.25 depending on qualifications and experience

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing personal care support to our residents
• Contribution to care plan reviews
• Maintaining residents rooms and living areas tidy
• Completing duty reports
• Meeting training requirements
