CHT AGED CARE FUND

 

CHT Healthcare Trust (CHT) is a charitable trust that has been taking great care of older people for over 60 years. CHT’s dedication to continuous quality improvement and innovation, and its desire to support delivery of high quality care across the entire aged care sector, has inspired it to establish the CHT Aged Care Fund.

The purpose of the CHT Aged Care Fund is to enhance the wellbeing of older people by providing funds, through a selected number of grants each year.

We are looking for applications in the following areas, directly relating to the aged care sector:

• Research
• Access to care
• Workforce development

The level of support each grant will provide will be based on the needs of the selected applications, which will require robust key performance indicators and reporting to ensure each grant is being used to maximum capacity and impact.
